The Property Somm.

Joey Hoisescu is one of the top 1% of Brokers in Colorado and owner of two successful Denver-based businesses.
He came to me looking for a professional yet stylish redesign
of his reality brand and website. I recommended the name
"The Property Somm" because of his previous career as a Sommelier and his sincere dedication to his clients.

As you can see below, I went with a bold sans-serif font combined with hand lettering to reflect Joey's bold and unique personality. With this new rebrand, Joey now has the design assets and web platform he needs for his rapidly growing business.

While the rebrand is complete, I have continued to work with Joey designing presentations and print materials on a monthly basis.
